VPN connects fine and we can ping 192.168.1.200 but we are unable to access Shared Folders while connected to a VPN using OpenVPN, shared folders works fine from any other computer inside the company, haven't tested on VBox host) I decided to setup a nice cozy server running Windows 2019 (guest) in our Windows 2012 (host) server using VirtualBox due to security concerns.
